Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah Association of Australia totally rejects the statements made in the Sunday Telegraph on the 13th March 2011, Banned' Sheik Feiz Mohammed back in Australia’, by Yoni Bashan and Jesse Phillips. Sheik Feiz Mohammed has never been banned from Australia nor has he been exiled from any other country. This misleading article was written hastily with the specific intention to revive the xenophobic hate campaign against one of our beloved Sheikhs and against Australian Muslims. The Sunday Telegraph’s degree of irresponsibility and attempt to raise anti-Islamic fervour is evidenced once again in another untrue news item that brings little benefit and more harm to the well being of the community. We urge all decent, honest and law abiding Australians to stand up to the editors of this print media, demanding they are made accountable for the lies they publish as they promote nothing but disunity and the marginalisation of the Muslim population.
